Through design and delivery of training-of-trainers exercises, the Gender Equality Network (with support from AIT) strengthens gender-analysis capacities in research and with emerging leaders within public service.

The trainings focus on two critical areas: (i) integrating gender equality narratives in the school curriculum (education) and (ii) scaling up gender sensitivity training to public servants in government Departments–including recently graduated Public Administration students entering the public sector.
