LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1. Enhanced the gender analytical skills of the gender practitioners and their uses of the gender analysis tools under conflict situations with an intersectional approach.
2. Equipped with research skills including research planning, data collection, data analysis, and report writing with ethical consideration.
3. Addressed the capacity gaps of civil society which improves understanding on the importance of gender differences and highlights the capacities of women for effective policy and program implementation in conflict situations.
4. Identified different digital safety risks of common research activities and understand mitigation actions available to apply at work
