Parami University’s Breaking Barriers campaign aims to support 12 Rohingya students at Parami University who are determined to change their futures through education despite facing unimaginable challenges—from persecution and displacement to extreme poverty and lack of access to basic services. While Parami University covers their tuition, these students urgently need assistance with daily living expenses so they can remain focused on their studies.
We’re seeking to raise $21,600 to provide each student with a $150 monthly stipend for a year. Donations will be matched dollar for dollar by the Knowledge for Democracy Myanmar initiative (K4DM), effectively doubling the impact to two years of support.
