This fun, interactive workshop will outline key principles and techniques to teach Gender in languages that are not students’ first language. It will be of interest to:
- People who are interested in Gender Education.
- People teaching Gender in English to English language learners
- People teaching Gender in Thai or Burmese languages, to students not fluent in these.
During the workshop, we will go through some participatory activities designed to teach both Gender and the language of Gender Studies, based on Mote Oo’s new publication Exploring Gender: Issues, Insights and Discussions.
