GenderLab presents written works by graduates of the Gender and Development Studies (GDS) program of Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), as a resource archive for scholars, students, and civil society to reference in their research and programs.
One of the 2023 GDS graduates has contributed an opinion piece titled “The Impact of Armed Conflicts on Women in Myanmar”.
The author holds an MA in International Development Studies from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and brings extensive experience in democracy and human rights, with a focus on digital rights, freedom of speech, media freedom, social cohesion, and gender and LGBTI* rights in Myanmar.
