This is the latest issue of the Kyoto Review of Southeast Asia on Electoral Integrity. The Review is a well-known source of analysis on political and development issues in Southeast Asia. One of the articles focuses on Myanmar, examining what many are already calling the next “sham” election—an attempt by the military to assert legitimacy through a proxy political party.
